Job summary

Papa John's in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensure quality products, and deliver excellent customer service. You will help manage shifts, enforce company policies, monitor food safety, and assist with cost controls.

Previous restaurant or lead experience is preferred; applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader supervises shifts and ensures high quality products and customer service.
• Adheres to company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Ensures compliance with safety, image, attendance and security policies.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive team attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and corrects problems promptly.
• Contributes to profit goals through proper cash management and inventory control.
