Job summary

Papa John’s - Serazen is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service. You will manage operations, enforce company policies, and help drive profitability while staying compliant with laws and safety standards.

We value leadership, flexibility, and teamwork; this role includes a training program and opportunities for advancement within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; performs assigned work station duties and maintains product holding times.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others; flexible and adaptable to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant; provides feedback and corrects problems; maintains product quality, customer service and performance standards.
• Contributes to profit goals by following company guidelines and accurately utilizing the FOCUS System; assists in cash management and inventory control.
