Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin' franchise operator with locations across several states, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arizona. The role escalates to store-level leadership, assisting the Restaurant Manager with planning, directing, and controlling daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus—anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
• Demonstrate passion for results and targets.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to build effective teams and mentor staff.
• Be physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and move/stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crew Members during shifts to deliver great guest experiences.
• Manage onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback for team members.
• Directly support Restaurant Manager in planning, direction, and control of store operations.
• Assist with inventory, orders, and compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support training, scheduling, and labor cost management.
