Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Dunkin’ locations in Arizona. The role is a development pathway to store leadership, supporting the Restaurant Manager with planning, direction, and control of daily operations.

The Assistant Manager supervises crew, manages inventory and labor, assists with product ordering, and participates in basic P&L understanding while aiming to deliver a memorable guest experience and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed expectations.
• Proven results orientation with target delivery.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and performing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and front-line operations.
• Oversee shift prep, labor, food costs, and guest experience.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to crew members.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
