Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Arizona to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff and resources for consistent performance. You will implement standards, train teams, and contribute to sales and profitability while upholding quality and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, engagement with guests and employees, and the ability to manage the full P&L for the store.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests' needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Experience in the food service industry; Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations to deliver great guest experiences.
• Recruit, develop, and coach team members.
• Meet sales and profitability goals; control expenses.
