Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and cover for management as needed.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, deliveries, and security.
• Maintain service speed and adherence to QSC safety standards.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and cash drawer audits.
