Job summary

El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional service during shifts. You will supervise opening/closing tasks, meals, and inventory while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols.
Coordinate crew tasks for setup, food prep, and cleaning; conduct inventory checks.
Maintain service metrics; ensure cleanliness and QSC standards.
