Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in Pittsfield, MA is looking for a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong shifts and solving problems independently. You will lead a team, ensure quality, and uphold a safe, efficient dining environment under a Taco Bell franchise.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with basic math skills and reliability. A valid transportation means is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide teammates as needed.
• Provide help and guidance to others to ensure smooth operations.
