Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise. You will support the RGM by running efficient shifts, taking ownership of issues, and guiding team members to deliver great guest service.

Must have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, P&L exposure, and solid math and computer skills. The role offers a dynamic environment, with a stated emphasis on reliability, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift
• Background checks run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help when appropriate
• Provide guidance to others and help train team members
