Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell franchise operations on-site. You will run shifts, handle problems independently, and guide team members to maintain great service and efficiency during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate.
• Provide help and guidance to others during shifts.
