Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support franchise operations at Taco Bell. You will oversee shifts, ensure smooth service, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include guiding team members, handling customer issues, and partnering with the RGM to drive performance. Must be reliable, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Run great shifts under the RGM's guidance and maintain self-sufficiency.
• Take ownership and solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
