Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support Taco Bell franchise operations in Pittsfield, MA. You will run shifts, handle problems, and ensure smooth service, working closely with the restaurant general manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong math and analytical skills, basic computer literacy, and reliable transportation. You must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
