Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts with accountability and leadership. You will support the RGM, solve problems, and guide team members to maintain service quality.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and strong math/analytical skills. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical/decision-making
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
