Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts and operating self-sufficiently in our Taco Bell franchise. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members to deliver excellent service.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
