Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership of daily operations, resolve issues, and guide team members to deliver fast, friendly service.

Requirements include 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, 18+ years old, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting and analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
