Layne's is seeking a proactive Shift Leader in Ohio to guide frontline teams in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring hot food is prepared and served with excellence every time. Lead by example and coach teammates to meet our standards.

You will train hourly staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and handle POS duties while maintaining a safe, clean restaurant. The role offers competitive pay, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Have an understanding of each position and what their roles are.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities.
• Able to complete manager functions on the POS.

• Operational Awareness: know what is going on at all times.
• Having positive interactions with the guest and being present for both the guest and the team.
• Exceed expectations to uphold a clean restaurant in the front and kitchen.

• Complete closing shift paperwork
