Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service and high standards. You will lead by example, coach in-the-moment, and teach our team to deliver hot food fast with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach in the moment to uphold standards.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions and responsibilities.
• Complete manager functions on the POS.
• Manage labor and staffing needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify coaching and teaching opportunities.
• Maintain operational awareness at all times.
• Maintain positive guest interactions and team presence.
• Exceed expectations to keep the restaurant clean in front and back.
• Use company checklists to ensure every shift is performed perfectly.
