As a Shift Leader, you will understand every hourly role, manage operations on the floor and POS, and help sustain a positive culture. If you love teamwork and fun, this role could be yours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Leadership demonstrated through example.

Responsibilities

• Understand each position and its roles.
• Be trained and competent in all hourly positions.
• Complete manager functions on the POS.
• Labor management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Maintain operational awareness.
• Foster positive guest interactions.
• Uphold a clean restaurant front and back.
• Use company documentation and checklists to ensure shifts are PERFECT EVERY TIME.
• Complete closing shift paperwork.
• Hold self and others accountable.
