The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver fast, friendly service and uphold brand standards. Flexible availability is expected, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• US work authorization is required.
• Prior supervisory/shift lead or restaurant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability.
• Ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success.
• Set the tone for the shift—motivate and coach team members for success.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Ensure brand standards are met—cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
