Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to oversee the product, process, and people for each shift in a fast-paced environment. You will set shift goals, coach team members, and address guest concerns while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include training, delegating tasks, maintaining safety, and coordinating with management to achieve performance targets. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction within a restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage food production and quality by monitoring prepping, cooking, and holding processes and taking corrective action when necessary.
