Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a diligent Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise to run great shifts under the RGM, with independence to solve problems and guide team members. This role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, plus 18+ age, basic math, PC literacy, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
