Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and quality products.
• Maintain store operations during shift and communicate updates.
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging and cleaning.
• Lead the Cookie Crew and support store leadership.
• Ensure safe, clean working environment and food handling.
• Manage cash handling and deposits per procedures.
