Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring Shift Leaders for the new Marlton, NJ location. As a Shift Leader, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing operations during your shifts. You will lead the cookie crew, ensuring tasks are prioritized and delegated while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
