Potbelly Corporate seeks a Shift Leader to guide shift teams, ensure service quality, and manage costs while upholding Potbelly standards. You will supervise staff, train associates, and maintain food safety in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for long hours. This is a part-time position with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must meet Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and cash handling is correct.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health standards.
• Restock food line and supplies; keep areas clean and organized.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues.
