Qualifications

• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts and assign tasks efficiently.
• Maintain security procedures and back-of-house standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, desserts) efficiently.
• Follow health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock line items, chips and beverages, restock cooler.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils.
• Operate cash register and balance cash.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
