Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee with over 40 locations in Oregon and Washington, seeking a Shift Leader to manage fast service, guest satisfaction, and daily operations.

You will lead by example, supervise crew, and ensure food safety, portioning, and equipment readiness while maintaining a positive work environment. The role requires 18+ years, flexible hours, and strong communication skills.
