Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee serving Oregon and Washington. The Shift Leader will supervise daily operations, uphold food safety, and ensure fast service while resolving guest concerns in a friendly, efficient environment.

You will lead team members, manage opening and closing, control labor and costs, and communicate effectively with managers to meet customer needs. Flexible full- or part-time hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with speed and courtesy, resolve complaints.
• Oversee product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation.
• Manage opening/closing duties and crew productivity.
• Monitor safety and security, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork.
• Support marketing programs and maintain restaurant cleanliness and standards.
