Responsibilities include managing food preparation, safety, and costs; opening and closing duties; resolving guest concerns; and supporting a positive culture that emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction. 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Food handler certification preferred (can be obtained during employment, depending on state/local requirements).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain speed with service goals and resolve guest complaints quickly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Lead opening and closing duties and oversee crew productivity.
• Ensure proper product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation, while managing labor and costs.
• Communicate effectively with team and managers to foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
