The Shift Leader focuses on fast service, guest satisfaction, and safe, high-quality food preparation while overseeing daily operations, opening and closing duties, and leading a team in a busy restaurant

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain appearance and protocol standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and resolve performance issues.
• Communicate effectively with team and managers.
• Contribute to daily workflow with energy to meet customer demands.
• Oversee opening and closing activities and crew productivity.
• Manage food preparation, sanitation, and costs within acceptable limits.
