Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with speed and resolve guest complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Make sound business decisions quickly with the guest in mind while keeping staff appearance and quality.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous attitude with customers and coworkers while upholding standards.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, make quick decisions, and take action to resolve issues.
• Meet customer needs and maintain service efficiency through effective communication.
• Oversee product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation while managing labor and costs.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities, supervise crew productivity, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Execute marketing programs and maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Contribute to daily workflow with punctual attendance and high energy.
• Lead by example and provide constructive feedback to the team.
