Weber Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Shift Leader for our Taco Bell locations in Oregon. The role focuses on fast service, guest satisfaction, and safe, quality food preparation.

You will lead daily operations, train and motivate team members, and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates have restaurant or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Must obtain a food handler's certificate (or already have one).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification on the job.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests promptly and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Oversee product preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation while managing labor and food costs.
• Coordinate opening and closing duties, supervise crew productivity, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Assist with marketing programs like placement of POP and suggestive selling while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Maintain high energy and regular attendance to meet customer demands.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
