The role emphasizes strong communication, quick decision-making, and effective supervision of crew, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling including full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with speed and resolve complaints quickly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain proper food preparation, portioning, cooking, and sanitation while managing costs.
• Coordinate opening and closing activities, oversee crew productivity, ensure equipment is clean and safe.
• Lead by example, provide feedback, and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with team and managers to meet customer needs.
• Support marketing programs, including POS placement and upselling, while keeping the restaurant clean.
