Weber Enterprises, Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee in Oregon, is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure fast, friendly service. You will manage opening/closing, monitor food safety, and support crew development.

This role requires 18+, restaurant or customer service experience, and the ability to adapt in a busy setting. We offer flexible schedules, meal benefits, and growth opportunities within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment, depending on state or local requirements).
• Must be able to obtain additional food safety certification (on the job)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fast service and resolve guest complaints.
• Oversee product preparation, food safety, and costs.
• Lead opening and closing duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Coach crew, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce company policies.
• Communicate with guests and team effectively.
• Drive results through teamwork and energy.
• Support marketing programs and upsell when appropriate.
