RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, drive daily store operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will coach and develop team members, manage tasks across food service, inventory, and cash handling, and promote a culture of accountability.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a commitment to safety and quality in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set the tone for guest service.
• Provide clear direction and coach team members to meet standards.
• Assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling as needed.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance for shift success.
• Drive Operational Excellence and ensure inventory, promo communication, and safety.
• Oversee shift change, train team members, and reinforce RaceTrac's values.
