RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a daily shift. You will empower associates, coach staff, and ensure food service, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.

You’ll drive performance, manage inventory and cash processes, and develop future leaders while maintaining a positive store culture. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on each shift with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance to drive performance.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
