Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on each shift, setting a positive tone and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will coach staff, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and support efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

With a focus on team development and performance, you will drive guest service excellence, manage inventory, and coordinate with leadership to communicate updates and promotion activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks with or without breaks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them to products that complement purchases.
• Manage store operations on designated shifts.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and teamwork.
• Coach team members and address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Oversee cash handling, write-offs, and compliance documentation.
