RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure great guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily store operations, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a positive attitude.
• Provide clear direction and support food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time to improve performance.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
