Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks and training.
• Use huddle board to coordinate team and enforce policies.
• Ensure security, cash handling, and daily cash procedures are followed.
• Open/close duties and shift transitions.
• Provide great guest service and resolve complaints.
• Manage the line, delegate duties, and uphold product quality.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety requirements and cost controls.
