Responsibilities

• Lead shift team: assign tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing) and provide feedback/training
• Use the huddle board to position the team; follow personnel policies, labor laws and safety procedures
• Enforce security procedures (safe procedures, open/close)
• Transition into opening/closing duties
• Deliver great guest service and resolve guest issues
• Manage and delegate duties to team members on the line
• Uphold standards for product quality and recipe execution
• Work the line as needed
• Promote sales on shift through suggestive selling and in-store promotions
• Enforce food safety requirements and practices
• Control costs: food, labor, waste, and cash on shift
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures
• Complete required e-learning as needed
