Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations, guest experience and sales performance. You will lead the team, assign tasks, ensure safety procedures, and execute brand standards in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, resolving guest issues, and promoting sales through upselling and promotions while maintaining food safety and cost controls on the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team on a busy shift.
• Strong guest service mindset with upselling ability.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team and assign tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing).
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Uphold safety and security procedures during the shift.
• Open, transition, and close shifts; manage line operations.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve complaints.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and in-store promos.
• Ensure food safety requirements and control costs on shift.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning as needed.
