Job summary

El Pollo Loco in Henderson, NV seeks a Shift Leader to guide the restaurant team during assigned shifts, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll oversee opening/closing tasks, supervise crew, and uphold EPL SPECS procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; must pass EPL FSA after hire.
• Certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.
• Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures, inventory, and deliveries.
• Ensure service speed and safety, uphold QSC standards.
• Prioritize tasks, adjust staffing based on sales and breaks.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and shift reports.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive dining experience.
