WhiteWater Express in Florence, KY is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise daily shift operations while actively supporting a team. This role focuses on customer service, package selection, safety, and documentation to keep the operation running smoothly.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour with biweekly tips. Paid training, advancement potential, and performance bonuses are offered, along with benefits like 401(k) matching and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old, HS diploma or equivalent, leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable outdoors and able to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible evenings/weekends.
• Must pass a background check and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
