WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader in Cincinnati, OH for a full-time, on-site role. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities to advance. You will lead a busy team, ensure smooth shift operations, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Available evenings and weekends; must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
