Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a small team during busy shifts. The role combines hands-on supervision with customer service, ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for every guest.

Starting pay ranges from $17–$19 per hour with biweekly tips, plus opportunities for performance bonuses and paid training. This is a physical, active role that keeps you on the floor and engaged throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• 18+ years old
• Experience in leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Evenings and weekends availability
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
