Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader in Cincinnati for a full-time, active leadership role. You will oversee shifts, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service while promoting safety and efficiency on site.

Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for promotion within a fast-growing company. Prior leadership or customer service experience is valued, and you’ll work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
