Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Lexington, KY is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site position. You will lead the shift, support a team, and ensure smooth daily operations across the wash.

Starting pay is $15-$17 per hour plus biweekly tips. We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement, along with benefits including a 401(k) match and medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Prior leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Help with incident reports and documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain wash site cleanliness and quality.
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment.
