Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring for a Shift Leader to guide daily shift operations, support a dynamic team, and deliver excellent customer service. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training, advancement opportunities, and a team-focused work culture are provided to help you grow into management roles.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Must follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
