Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role. You’ll lead daily shift operations, support a team, and ensure excellent customer service while steering the operation for a smooth shift.

The position offers starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, paid training, and opportunities for promotion within a fast-growing company. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Outdoor work in varied weather is required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
