Sweetgreen is hiring a Shift Leader at 67th + Columbus in New York. You will guide the team, support daily restaurant operations, and drive our mission to connect people to real food through hospitality, accountability, and strong leadership on every shift.

You’ll lead with energy, coach teammates, ensure food safety and quality, and keep shifts running smoothly while staying calm under pressure in high-volume moments. A clear path to General Manager exists for top performers.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in a Shift Leader or Supervisor role.
• Experience in fast-paced environments – restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards.
• Must be able to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.

• Lead shifts with a hospitality-first mindset, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and heard.
• Keep service running smoothly by managing pace, priorities, and execution across the floor.
• Jump in on any station as needed, modeling strong performance and teamwork in real time.

• Uphold food safety, accuracy, cleanliness, and organization throughout every shift.
• Communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure during high-volume moments.
