Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Able to stand for 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Illinois applicants must becomeFood safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks with feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and handle cash procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Maintain health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food lines and supplies; clean areas and equipment.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
